About Us

The attorneys at Bowman & Vlink, LLC, Daniel Bowman, David Vlink, and Bill Groth, are formerly of Fillenwarth Dennerline Groth & Towe, a union-side labor law firm in Indianapolis from the 1960s until it was closed in 2019 due to retirements.

We are dedicated to the labor movement because we know that a strong and vibrant labor movement is necessary for a fair society that serves and respects all workers. We know that those workplace protections that some people take for granted—like benefits, the 40 hour workweek, time and a half for overtime, minimum wage, and paid leave—were fought for and earned by the labor movement. Labor unions give employees a voice in retaining these protections and fighting for other improvements in their terms and conditions of employment.

In addition to working with labor unions, we are dedicated to representing individuals in employment and civil rights matters; as well as individuals and organizations in matters related to governmental transparency and free and fair elections.
